Puffer Reds Return Policy

EXCHANGES ONLY!

It' is very important to Puffer Reds that all customers are completely satisfied with our merchandise, so we accept exchanges for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. If an item is damaged upon its arrival, a replacement will be sent out to the customer immediately after the damaged item has been sent back by the customer and received by Puffer Reds. If the merchandise that the customer had purchased, and received is just not the right item for the customer, then Puffer Reds will gladly exchange the merchandise. The Merchandise that the customer will be returning must not have been worn, and sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Music, and dvd returns must have not been opened. If we no longer have the same merchandise in stock then we will notify you before completing the exchange. Before sending the merchandise to be exchanged back to Puffer Reds the customer must first email pufferreds79@yahoo.com and put RETURN in the subject head, detailing the reason for their exchange and request a return authorization form which will be sent out to the customer via email with a return authorization code. The return authorization code is needed to complete customer returns. The return authorization form and code need to be sent in the package along with the merchandise to be exchanged.

Once the customer has returned the merchandise that they would like to exchange, the item that the customer would like in return will be sent out shortly after the returned merchandise has been received by Puffer Reds, if the merchandise is equal in price. If the new merchandise exceeds the price that the customer has paid for the returned merchandise, then the customer will be charged the difference. If the price of the new merchandise is less than the price of the returned, then the customer must purchase enough items to equal their previous total. Puffer Reds will not accept any merchandise for exchange if it has been worn. Puffer Reds will not exchange any music or dvds if it has been opened.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the Puffer Reds receipt which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Puffer Reds cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees on returned merchandise.

If customers have any problems with merchandise once it has been received, they are advised to contact Puffer Reds at info@pufferreds.com, or by telephone at 734-485-7050.

Puffer Reds is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged, and we encourage customers to purchase insurance on their packages from their carrier of choice. Thank you for shopping at pufferreds.com!
