Puffer Reds has partnered with the U.S. Postal Service to provide several fast and affordable shipping options.

Standard Shipping

This is an affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 7 to 10 business days depending on location.

Express Shipping

For fast delivery, items are shipped within two to three days after being processed.

Saturday, Sunday , and holiday's are not shipping days.

Business Days are considered to be Monday-Friday until 3pm. Any orders received after 3:00pm will be considered an order for the next business day.

Shipping Insurance

Puffer Reds is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged if the customer did not purchase insurance on the package.
Customers may purchases shipping insurance for their packages at check out.

International Customers

International customers may select the items that they are wishing to purchase and continue to checkout. in order to be charged for shipping we ask that you please check your email within 24 hours from placing your order on business days during business hours to see what your shipping cost will be. Your card will then be charged for the shipping amount. Puffer Reds ships international packages with duty unpaid, therefore International Customers will be responsible for paying taxes and duties at the time of delivery in order for their package to clear customs.

Should a problem arise

In the event that your package has taken longer than you expected to arrive, please check your email address that you provided. You email is where we'll send any concerns, etc. to. If you are not an email person, please indicate that in the comment section of your order and provide us with a number in which we can reach you should a problem arise.
